Covid-19 Help and Support
We know many businesses and people are doing it hard at the moment, as we all hunker down and unite to beat this thing. Kia kaha, be kind to each other and look after yourselves!
In the mean time Culture by Design remains ready to support you in whatever way we can via phone or video conference. If we can help or you just fancy a chat, please get in touch.
Workplace Culture Reset
We have been working on an offering to support you as you transition your businesses through the levels of COVID-19. We know that leading through such an unpredictable and difficult time is very, very tough. So, we want to help you push that reset button to restore some calm, focus and confidence back into your team.
We've created a one day workshop for you and your people leaders (which can also be run as a series of zoom sessions if required). This workshop is action-focussed and designed to get your team match-fit to deal with the current situation and what's coming.
So go on, push that reset button for an info sheet with all the details!
